1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of podiatry and foot care services by Bucks Foot Clinic Ltd. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all services provided by Bucks Foot Clinic Ltd at any of its locations.

2. Bookings and Payments

All new patient appointments require payment in advance at the time of booking.

Returning patients may be required to provide payment in advance or a deposit, at the discretion of the Clinic.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change and therefore ask all patients to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

More than 48 hours before appointment

Patients cancelling more than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Between 24 and 48 hours before appointment

Patients cancelling between 24 and 48 hours before their appointment will receive a clinic credit equal to the value paid. This credit may be used towards a future appointment.

Less than 24 hours before appointment

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, any deposit or advance payment will be forfeited.

Failure to Attend

Patients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Bucks Foot Clinic understands that unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur.

Refunds, credits, or waivers of cancellation charges may be granted at the sole discretion of the Clinic and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Clinic’s decision in such circumstances shall be final.

5. Clinic Cancellations

If Bucks Foot Clinic has to cancel an appointment due to staff illness, emergencies, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, patients will be offered:

  • A full refund; or
  • An alternative appointment.
6. Treatment and Clinical Care

All treatments are provided by appropriately qualified practitioners.

While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, no guarantee can be made regarding the success of any treatment or procedure.

Treatment recommendations are based upon professional clinical judgement and the information supplied by the patient.

7. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information.
  • Inform the Clinic of any changes to their medical condition.
  • Follow advice and treatment instructions given by clinicians.
  • Arrive on time for appointments.
8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to applicable law, Bucks Foot Clinic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the provision of its services.

9. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant UK data protection legislation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
