Our Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Late cancellations and non-attendance prevent us from offering appointments to other patients.

Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Appointment

A full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Appointment

A clinic credit equal to the amount paid will be issued.

The credit may be used towards future treatment or services provided by Bucks Foot Clinic.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

No clinic credit will normally be issued.

Failure to Attend

Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit any deposit or payment made.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies occur.

Bucks Foot Clinic may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit, or alternative appointment where exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Clinic Cancellations

Where Bucks Foot Clinic cancels an appointment, patients will be offered:

  • A full refund; or
  • An alternative appointment date and time.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
